Rehab Services Unlimited, Inc. (RSU) provides pediatric occupational therapy and pediatric physical therapy in Lewisville, Texas, a suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

RSU serves special needs children ranging in age from infancy to the mid-to-late teens. Most of our clients are referred to us by their primary care physician, psychologist, or by word of mouth from other satisfied clients. We employ experienced, licensed occupational therapists and physical therapists to meet your family’s needs.

We are in-network for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United HealthCare, and Cigna. If we are not in-network with your insurance company, we will assist you in billing your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact the office for more details on your specific needs. We are not a Medicare or Medicaid provider.
